The recipe for Bulgogi Korean Cuisine
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 onion, then cut round
• 200 grams beef tenderloin (beef sukiyaki), thinly sliced
• Salt, sugar, pepper to taste
• 1 teaspoon cornflour
• 4 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon ang ciu
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
• 3 scallions, cut – cut
• 1 / 2 cup water
How to Make / cooking:
1. Meat mixed with salt, sugar, pepper, flour, soy sauce, ang ciu, and sesame oil.
2. Heat the oil, then saute the onion until wilted.
3. Insert meat mixed with spices. Later in the mix until evenly distributed. Add water, and scallions. Stir until blended, then lift
4. Cuisine is ready to Serve
