Bitter-Dutch cuisine ballen

Ingredients:
-  2 tablespoons butter / margarine
-  1 leek, then slice finely
-  150 g flour
-  400 ml milk
-  ½ Teaspoon salt
-  1 teaspoon ground pepper
-  ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
-  250 g of boiled chicken breast fillets, chopped rather finely
• 50 g Cheddar cheese, grated
