Fried carp with a sauce
500 grams of fresh carp
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 green chilies, sliced thin oblique
2 red chilies, sliced thin oblique
3 cm ginger, thinly sliced
1 leek, cut into 2 cm
Putren 100 grams of corn, cut into 4 lengthwise.
3 tablespoons taoco
50 ml of water
2 tablespoons cooking oil
How to Make:
1. Rinse carp then soak in salt and lemon juice. Let stand 20 minutes then fry until dry and cooked.
2. Heat oil and saute garlic, green chili, red chili, ginger until fragrant.
3. Enter putren, leeks and taoco, pour the water and when cooked remove from heat.
4. Pour over fish and serve immediately.
